The PADI Advanced Open Water course adds to your diving knowledge & skills, while having fun diving under the supervision of a Dive Instructor. You can take the course to gain specific training in fields you’re interested in, and start right after the Open water Course.
The combination of 5 dives is ideal to help you increase your confidence and build your scuba skills. This is a great way to get more dives under your belt while continuing to learn under the supervision of your PADI instructor.
You’ll learn skills by completing five adventure dives that introduce you to:
- Underwater navigation
- Deeper water diving (typically anywhere from 18-30 metres/ 60-100 feet)
- And three more Adventure Dives of your choice, based on what we have to offer on our island.
The Fun Part: Your Choice
You can try your hand at digital underwater photography, wreck diving, night diving, diving with underwater scooters, peak performance buoyancy, shark awareness and many more!
You can also use each Adventure Dive in the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course as credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver course.

Adventure Diver Course !
Also a great way to gain experience and have fun while under supervision, this option is better suited when time is limited. You can do 3 specialties for this training.
You can get the PADI adventure course certification while diving when you do three different specialties, than later on decide to take the two short of the Advanced and upgrade your certification level, a good option if you are short in time.
After you’ve tried a specialty in the Advanced Open Water Diver course, you’ll probably want to take the whole course and learn more about it, or the next level up, Rescue Diver.
