We were very lucky that immigration picked up the thieves off St Croix in the USVI the day after Ocean Explorer disappeared. It was an attempt to smuggle illegal aliens into St Thomas. Thank God, the captain apparently got lost, the boat ran out of gas off St Croix, and was subsequently spotted by the immigration services who called us the next day.
What a relief!
So welcome to Ocean Explorers and LET's GO DIVING ! (As of today, water temp in SXM is 84 F, and visibility exceeds 75 feet all around the island!)
